Thirty contracts were signed last week in Manhattan at $4 million and above, 2 fewer than the previous week. Condos clobbered co-ops, 23-4, and 3 townhouses were in the mix. The No. 1 contract was West 27A at 500 West 18th Street, asking $17,915,000, raised from $15,500,000 when the condo, then known as the XI, was first offered off of floorplans in 2018; it subsequently landed in a spectacular $1 billion-plus foreclosure. The unit has 3,474 square feet including 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. A 34-foot great room, 20-foot master suite, and another bedroom overlook the Hudson River.
